She told me she wasnt going to have enough funds until Monday so maybe thats why your refund hasnt completely gone through yet. Hopefully it will and hopefully I'll get mine on Monday too.

I don't think any of us are being mean. We are just trying to find ways to get Kristy to give us our money back. All the suggestions are appreciated. I have a friend who works for the Texas Attorney General. I'm going to talk to her to see if something can be sent from their office. Does anyone have her mailing address?

First off I have to say that I pray that no one gets jaded on purchasing from our fellow YT sellers. I have purchased a variety of things from other members and have yet to have a problem.

It's very sad to think this but maybe she was actually a person that got on here to prey on others. This site has to be the best of any of my groups. It's a large group but the members have truly banded time and time again from what I have seen as a family here. Over the months that I have been a member here I have to say that I have seen a lot of friendships and relationships built. I am very proud to be a member here. For someone that is looking to scam or just get over being the trusting and nice community we are it's a easy thing to do.

I do have to say that people should really realize that the bad things that they do in this life time will come back to them. She might have gotten over with the house payment scam and the sales scam here but it will come back on her in negative karma two fold over.

I wasn't one that gave her any money when she talked about losing the house because I found it a bit fishy. I felt bad to think negatively but something sounded off. I think that the good hearted people here that did donate should know that they will be truly blessed for trying to do a good thing for someone we thought was in need. It's not an easy thing to swallow because all that donated could have been stretched as well financially but found the goodness in their heart to make the sacrifice. I know that people are mad as heck right now but things will get better and she will get what is coming to her.

Paypal will sort it out. The good thing is that once you escalate the claim once the investigation is underway they will be able to get the money back because you have to put a bank account or major credit card. As a bit of a recommendation even though I use paypal I pay from my credit card account to give myself a bit more of a layer of fraud protection.

I haven't heard back from my email to her, I'll let everyone know when, if and what she says.

I was not affected by this whole issue with Kristy, but I just wanted to say that all of you who donated to her to help her out are so kind, and I feel absolutely horrible that you got scammed. I hope all is made right with everyone affected!

I did get a return email. She said she was going to re-pay me and Shana on Monday. Let's see if that happens!
