wow quite odd someone member sense 05 with many posts suddenly strats scamming? i hope all will be resolved!

I am going to try to file a claim. Part of what she owes me is $37.00for a gift basket I ordered Dec. 4th. and never got. But I think it is to late to file a claim on that one. I will file one on the $20.00 I sent to help her with her house.

report this scamming here. If she gets 5 her name goes to the top ten list. At least if someone else googles her name before doing any business with her they will find out.

Try contacting the district atorneys office in her home town.

You may need to call paypal, ShanaTink called and they reopened her case as it was past the time line, go that route and see what happens

she probably will make a new username and be lurking around. This is so sad. I'm sorry for all you great people who got ripped off.

That is twice in one month I got scammed. The first one a good friend of mine and my hubby warned me not to do, but I felt so bad for her. This one I had bad vibes but did it anyway because she had so many post.

I think she got way in over her head. I really don't think her intentions were to take peoples money - but it got too easy to get paid and not send stuff.

The house thread was the eye opener - she'd been having problems way before that happened with not shipping to people that ordered. They were nice about it. Maybe if someone had said something way back when it first started .....she wouldn't have walked off with much money.:(

I hope she makes good on everything - but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Don't worry, I *think* that when someone is banned, their IP is banned. I'm not 100% on that, but that's my understanding.

It's a terrible thing for her to have done this, after being here so long and all:( I'm sorry for everyone that got taken, y'all are so nice wanting to help someone in need. Stealing is my number one dealbreaker for friends, if they steal, we're no longer friends;)

I haven't gotten my refund either. It's interesting that she says she's tired of being bashed. No one brought that on her but herself. I am sorry she was so rude to you, and shorting you - it's probably her way of saying I'm still in control of your money and I'll give most of it back, but not all.

Paypal said they would investigate my claim even though it was over 45 days old, so everybody file if you paid through PayPal.

Also, the person who says the $$ adds up is right. I am contacting the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and filing a claim. They definitely investigate if there is a pattern of activity that suggests a potential scheme and I think if we all file we can prove that to them. The information and forms are on the Admin post on the original post. We'll see how much see laughs when the Government starts investigating her. They may have the IRS look into her businesses (the on-line business and the day care) and see if she's been filing her taxes correctly, etc...

She may think she's had the last laugh and no one will bother because they are not hugh amounts. I spent over $100.00 and I bet if we tally up the amounts, they'll add up quickly.

I normally don't get this riled up, but her constant lies, making fun of people and laughing at us really gets to me.

Does anyone have free Legal Services at work? You could ask them to send a letter to her, that might scare her into sending your money back.

I think I've said enough, I'm going to drink a glass of wine and calm down!
