Refund from Kristy
 

I just wanted to check and see who all have received refunds from Kristy. I recieved mine today but she shorted me some. I will count it even because I feel that I'm one of the lucky ones to receive anything at all.

That's good news. Maybe she will make it right with everyone. Did anyone get the treats that were sent?

I am glad you got your refund. I havent gotten the stuff I ordered from her yet. I didnt order that much though so if I dont get it I am not going to worry about it. Im more concerned with others that havent received there stuff or asked for refunds

I have filed a claim with paypal, she said in the claim that the treats that were shipped on the 10th (that's what she said in a thread) were not picked up yet and she could not provide me with a tracking number. I have escilated to a claim and hopefully will get my refund back. I also contacted some of the YT members who I thought placed orders on Dec 29 to let them know she had lied.

She did email me shortly after laughing about the fact that I wouldn't get my money right away and that she had 10 days to reply to paypal. She said she didn't why I was bothering for a 22.00 claim.

Bad business first bad experience with any seller on this site and I am glad she has been banned.

With paypal, once someone files a complaint against you, your account is frozen. You cannot withdraw any money from it. Since she cannot provide a tracking number, she will be forced to repay since you never received the item(s).

Sorry to hear that someone had to get banned over this.

What a %^&*%, and such nerve! Sad thing is $22.00 from this person, $20.00 from someone else....... it adds up to hundreds that she has scammed from people.

All I can say is I'm so sorry to all members that she stole from and please keep trying to get your money back, stealing is a crime. :thumbdown and she is probably counting on everyone to say its only a little bit of money and not worth fighting for. It is, don't let her get away with this.

Kristy is Ytsirk27. She had a dog treat business and she made belly bands and a few oother things. Well she wasnt sending people what they ordered so they requested refunds and she never refunded their money. She al.so came on here and said she was about to lose her house and alot of people bought from her and donated to her. Those people havent received their stuff. So she basicly was scamming everyone

I am going to try to file a claim. Part of what she owes me is $37.00for a gift basket I ordered Dec. 4th. and never got. But I think it is to late to file a claim on that one. I will file one on the $20.00 I sent to help her with her house.

report this scamming here. If she gets 5 her name goes to the top ten list. At least if someone else googles her name before doing any business with her they will find out.

Try contacting the district atorneys office in her home town.

You may need to call paypal, ShanaTink called and they reopened her case as it was past the time line, go that route and see what happens

she probably will make a new username and be lurking around. This is so sad. I'm sorry for all you great people who got ripped off.

That is twice in one month I got scammed. The first one a good friend of mine and my hubby warned me not to do, but I felt so bad for her. This one I had bad vibes but did it anyway because she had so many post.

I think she got way in over her head. I really don't think her intentions were to take peoples money - but it got too easy to get paid and not send stuff.

The house thread was the eye opener - she'd been having problems way before that happened with not shipping to people that ordered. They were nice about it. Maybe if someone had said something way back when it first started .....she wouldn't have walked off with much money.:(

I hope she makes good on everything - but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Don't worry, I *think* that when someone is banned, their IP is banned. I'm not 100% on that, but that's my understanding.

It's a terrible thing for her to have done this, after being here so long and all:( I'm sorry for everyone that got taken, y'all are so nice wanting to help someone in need. Stealing is my number one dealbreaker for friends, if they steal, we're no longer friends;)

I haven't gotten my refund either. It's interesting that she says she's tired of being bashed. No one brought that on her but herself. I am sorry she was so rude to you, and shorting you - it's probably her way of saying I'm still in control of your money and I'll give most of it back, but not all.

Paypal said they would investigate my claim even though it was over 45 days old, so everybody file if you paid through PayPal.

Also, the person who says the $$ adds up is right. I am contacting the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and filing a claim. They definitely investigate if there is a pattern of activity that suggests a potential scheme and I think if we all file we can prove that to them. The information and forms are on the Admin post on the original post. We'll see how much see laughs when the Government starts investigating her. They may have the IRS look into her businesses (the on-line business and the day care) and see if she's been filing her taxes correctly, etc...

She may think she's had the last laugh and no one will bother because they are not hugh amounts. I spent over $100.00 and I bet if we tally up the amounts, they'll add up quickly.

I normally don't get this riled up, but her constant lies, making fun of people and laughing at us really gets to me.

Does anyone have free Legal Services at work? You could ask them to send a letter to her, that might scare her into sending your money back.

I think I've said enough, I'm going to drink a glass of wine and calm down!

Im supposed to get refunded on Monday, so we will see :)
