I am still waiting, but EBay said it could take 3 or 4 days. I still am frustrated but a littled more relaxed that this is coming to an end and I can stop worrying about it.

I still havn't received anything and now paypal is reviewing my case for a refund. When package was tracked it said del date was supposed to be yesterday and NO package.

Oh no,:eek: You didn't get the package again. (shaking my head now)

I got a notice from PayPal that the money should be put in my PayPal account on Feb 8th. That is the expected clearing date. I would assume she would have to put the money in there. I guess I'll just have to wait and see since there's nothing else I can do right now.

Well, I got a tracking number from Kristy last week.. Estimated delivery date was 1/26..
But the tracking info says it has only recieved info. from shipper. I don't think its left her house yet. But it doesn't really matter.. she refunded my money, but said she was going to ship me my order anyway.. to be nice. But.. I don't think she ever shipped it. Is this happening to anyone else?

I never got the refund, at least not by her, paypal may give me one anyway. I got a tracking number on Monday and p.p told me I had 5 days to close the case or they would persue it, so they are now handeling it.:mad:

Grayson's Mom - what will PayPal do for you? Will they just send you money? I hope that's how it works!

They have yet to do anything they just started looking into my claim on Thursday. They will review all and if they side with me then I win, if not she wins. However when you track it, it still says est del date 1/25 and it also says shipped out on the 22.

I have been a way for a few weeks moving and all (just got my internet up YAAY)


I thought I was the only one she did this to?...My story is a little diffrent..she was going to send me clothes for the girls that she had made, along with treats.. it was like 70 something dollars worth.. well she "said" she was going to send the treats 1st. which was fine bc she had to make the clothes... Well I never got the 1st box. Then she "said" she was going to send the treats with the clothes I ordered (which where my girls halloween costumes). About a week later..maybe two said sent me a pissy email asking why I took the clothes out and send the treats back (Remind you I am in Germany and it takes a little while to get boxes from the states. Army mail is slow) she went on and on making me belive some one took my clothes out and send her the treats back. Which I told my hubby this made no scent BC I have had MORE $$$ things send to me around the same time she was send me her box... Which all of this pi$# me off bc this was the girls 1st halloween together and I wanted to dress them up. after two weeks for her trying to get me to get something else off her website, I got my money back.

I thought I was the only person this happen to ,scent she kept saying" I dont understand why you have not gotten your...every one else has." Could of been BC she NEVER made the clothes AND NEVER sent the treats out!! Its sad when a YTer dose BS like this!
