what about the peope who gave her the money for her house ans she said she would send them something did she ever? she pmd me that same day and said thanks for you kind words, which i dont think i gave many but then she said i cause all the b****s left at 4:30 i was just like omg this lady just got her house paid for and shes calling the skeptical ones that, i was to myself skep. and i didnt send any money. i had pmed her weeks before that about her treats and whats in them and all she did was what treats do you want i take paypal, and then i stopped replying and all i got was do you want those treats still? and i was like wow am i glad i didnt order when i seen the threads on her later. but i dont know , im glad some of you got refunds and that some of you have filed claims, i mean we all work hard and we cant just give money away. and to think she had been on here a while i think, i thin kit said since liek jul 05, thats just sad. |

HMMMM... I'm just catching up on this on. All I can say is I thnk V is right.... she was a bit slow in response from the beginning and making excuses and then just kinda figured out it was easier not to send unless you stood up to her. I think the comment someone made about mentioning something before is just basically not a good one ,as I think alot of people started complaining way back but too many wanted to ignore this because they have big hearts. |

If you decide to file a claim with Paypal, fill out all forms completely, answer all emails and have patience. I had a lady tell me I sent her a damaged doll wardrobe, completely smashed. Paypal investigated, found she was lying, she just wanted a free item and I won the dispute. It takes about 21 days and both your accounts are frozen for that time period. When she was going to lose her house, I order some treats from her, through paypal, she said she would ship them, on the 10th, just like I am seeing she told everyone else. Never got them. I don't know if I should even bother fighting for the $10.00.. argh... I knew something wasn't right, but I felt bad for her, and did it anyway.. :thumbdown :mad: |
