I dont think she really sent anyones stuff out last week like she said, becuase she tried to email me like 4 days after she posted that thread and told me she would send my package out Monday(like this past monday) and this was after I had already asked for a refund. SO I said NO WAY, this was the 4th or 5th time she was "supposedly" sending my treats that I had ordered 9 weeks ago. I told her I would turn her in for internet fraud if she did not refund my payment and guess what?- I finally got a repsonse from her! So anyone that wants a refund, you may have to get mean. I personally hate confrontation and being mean or rude, but thats the only thing that will work in some cases, Kristy doesnt respond to nice.


PS- IM not posting this to start anything or to be mean, Im just tryign to tell others that may be in my situation what worked for me. If you dont hear from her, you might have to do what I did, like it or not.

They didnt actually reopen it yet, I talked to someone from paypal on the phone and told them that lots of people were reporting a problem getting merchandise from the seller (ytsirk) and they said if enough people file a claim that paypal would then consider my case, even with it being past the 45 days.

Can we please NOT have another bashing thread. If you need to discuss refunds and steps/actions to take to get your money back that is ok but let's keep it at that. The previous thread (listed above) was closed for a reason.

This member has been banned by YT admin and we have all learned a thing or two about who we can trust. I'm just sorry this happened at all but let's remember that 99.99% of YT are truly caring people (maybe that's too optimistic but I'm sticking with it)

I really hope what I put wasnt taken as bashing, I just posted what I had to do to get a response from Kristy. I know there was several people in my position and unfortunately I dont know all thier YT usernames or I would have just sent a pm instead.

Not at all Shana I am trying to be proactive b/c I know a lot of people are hurt by what happened and I just want to try to keep a level of maturity to this thread. We have new members reading all the time and sometimes I think us regulars (me included) forget about that.

Just trying to keep things helpful. Let's use this thread as a resource to help those that were affected. Those of you that have taken action can help others who may not know what to do to get their money back.

Wow, I just saw this thread, I had no idea this was going on.

I am so sorry for all you who have got scammed and haven't gotten your items or refunds.

Just when you think you can trust a person, they turn around and do something like this. It is really a shame.

I was going to order some treats and donate money but I couldn't shake a feeling I had so I decided not to. Now I am glad I didn't send her any money.

Thankfully, most YT members are good caring people. I have bought from a few members and have not been disapointed yet.

I hope you all get your money back and I agree with Shana, it may not be something you like to do, but if you have to blunt or mean to get your refund back, you have to do what is necessary. Hang in there everyone, and please do what is necessary to get your money back, it is wrong for all you caring people to get ripped off like this!!

I dont think they really were bashing but lets face it when you all get scammed in the same place and you are all friends you have to have a place to VENT. And its certainly nice to vent to someone whos in your shoes and knows exactly what your going thru. Venting is good . I wish all you the best outcome, so sorry this happened to our fellow yorksters.

From my persoanal experience, I told her that I was going to turn her into the athorieties if I didn't receive my refund by a specific date. (Which gave her 5 business days.) Then all of sudden I received a refund after months of waiting for the stuff/refund. i bought back in Oct/Nov. I think like Shanatink said if you want a refund you're going to have to stand up to her and be firm. I also insisted on a tracking # which she did provide me. I hope this helps those still seeking a refund from her.

wow, thats sad. I did get the snowmen lamps i bought from her a few months ago. I hope you all get this straightened out soon.

I had that same feeling. I always try to help someone in need but I just had a gut feeling that something was not on the up and up. I am sorry this happened to all of you and hope you all get your refund.
