She had a note in the box saying that Mason had eaten from the same batch and if my dog was still sick(Grayson was really sick last week) not to feed them as she didn't want to be blamed for killing a dog. I told her in my email that grayson wouldn't eat them anyway and to give them to mason when she got them back. I have asked her not to resend the correct ones, as i didn't want to wait 2 months for those. I hope I just the refund and all is done. I am so ready to be done with her as I am sure CPJ is as well.

Blamed for "killing" a dog!?! Who says that when they are conducting business? She needs to just send you a refund and stop sending you treats that you're not gonna give Grayson anyway!

I placed an order with Bren last week (Cafe Max) Feb 4 lots of rave reviews so we will try there and I know we won't be let down. Lots of other treat sellers I want to try as well.

Her word wasn't killing my dog it was poisioning my dog to be exact if she is reading this I want to get it right lol. Your right though bad business for sure!

I actually put them all out in a row to see which one she likes the best. Kayah has never liked Carbo (right?? is that the word I'm looking for?) and she ate those up so fast I didn't even realize she was done..

You mean carob? I haven't given carob treats to my dogs yet, but I've been curious to see how others like it.

haha yeah Kayah likes the ones from Bren and she is so picky! you'd think.. a treat! nope! not Kayah! she has to smell it and lick it (only once though).. and then she walks away.. if she likes it, she comes back within 5 minutes.. if not.. it just sits there till I throw it out

I'm glad Kayah enjoyed the treats. The cinnamon buns seem to be the most popular with little dogs but the bigger dogs like the large peanut butter bones.

I need everyone's help who has experience as a seller on PayPal. Kristy was suppose to refund my money on 2/14. That didn't happen, PayPal said it was due to insufficient funds. Now they have moved my date up to 2/28. Kristy swears she had the money in there and PayPal deducted much more money than she owes me, but she can't tell who it was given too. TShe's asked PayPal for information, but it's been since the 14th and they haven't responded to her. She said I am the last person she needs to refund. If that's the case, they would not have given the money to anyone else. Can PayPal just go into your bank account and withdraw money? This seems strange to me. Although I have heard some bad things about PayPal recently. Has anyone ever had that happen?

Well, I have never had a dispute opened against me, so I am not sure how that works, but when I pay with paypal, I have paypal backed up with my checking account...when I buy something or I send money to someone via paypal, if there isn't enough in paypal then paypal withdraws the funds from my checking BUT they only do it when I authorize...they don't just dip into my checking account whenever they want to....so I am assuming that since paypal found the Kristy owed you the money then they tried to refund it and the money was drawn from her checking account because she probably has her paypal set up with her checking account as her back up funding.

I haven't had anything but good experience with paypal.

I still think its a bunch of bs, SHE OWES ME TOO!! We are not done, just because she thinks a tracking number will show items delivered, but were wrong does not mean we are done, I shipped the wrong treats back and she received them on Monday and hasn't even said a word to me.


Paypal just can't go into your account and take what they want! When I emailed them about Kristy sending the wrong treats, they got back to me within 24 hours.

Give them a call about this, and see what they tell you like I said they are open 7 days a week, and until 10pm

When people have paid me with a credit card or by instant transfer from a bank account the funds were transferred immediately from them to me. When people have paid me using an e-check, it needed a few days to clear. It shows up on my account as uncleared. When the check does clear, paypal sends me an email letting me know that the funds have now been transferred over to me and that it is safe to ship out the merchandise. It seems like she is paying you using an e-check and when it's time for it to clear, she has insufficient funds in her account for it to clear. In my experience, when you are paying someone, you need to indicate HOW you will be paying them (e.g., e-check, instant transfer, etc.). I've never heard of paypal going into your account and determine who gets paid and when. That is something that the person sending the money decides.

The only time money was withdrawn from my paypal account without my permission was when someone hacked into my account and HE authorized the money transfer, not me or paypal.
