Ok, I have a question that I HOPE the answer is yes to!! What about sugar free gum? It would help with keeping my mouth occupied, and I love Dentyne Ice, the soft kind, and I can chew one piece of that for hours so it wouldn't be a lot of anything, like the artificial sweetners. |
I have the same gum - I love it! To be honest, I have chewed a piece here and there. I would bite a tiny bit off and chew it for a little while. I don't know if it is bad to do or not, but I needed it ;) |

Okay, I am jumping in too! I am getting all my stuff tomorrow and will start on Monday - I hope! I have the book (Thanks Nicole) - do I need to get the other book - "lose weight, have more energy and be happier"?? Also, can I exercise while I am doing this OR will I not feel like it??? YES! You can exercise! NO you should NOT be chewing gum! There are so many bad things in gum! I found Small lemons...8 for $1.00:eek: Seriously!!! 8 for $1.00:eek: That is awesome!!! So I bought 10 bucks worth! lol They'll go bad before I can use them I'm sure! :rolleyes: But maybe not!!! HUBBY IS DOING IT WITH ME!!! he made it two days last time! Giving up diet coke proved to be too much for him! He couldn't hack it! But I really think he can do it this time!!! Day two and everything is going so well right now, I don't want to jinks myself:D I just drank my SW flush so I am just "waiting", later I do have a lot of errands, I should have drank it when I first got up, I am about 45 mins behind when I started yesterday. I know you can use limes or lemons, and this is probably a stupid ? but can you mix the two? At least it gives it a little variety. I also have some peppermint tea but I am saving that until I just have to have something a little different. Kathryn, you know somewhere you mentioned all the free time you have when you're not eating....so true!!! And it's just been one full day and I can see all the free time already, not that I'm not looking forward to eating again!! LOL!! Because where I am going to go and eat after this is done changes constantly:D But also, I don't have that I'm so full I need to take a nap syndrome either!!! That I am not looking forward to having back!! |

WOW - I am on DAY 7 :p :p :p I have lost 8 lbs as of this morning. My hubby has lost 17 lbs. as of this morning. What an experience this has been. I am so happy to see everyone starting their cleasne. This morning after I weighed in, I already started to plan for my next cleasne...I think around May/June :D :D :D |
Hey you guys..I snuck into this one but I would love to try this. It sounds so great for the body. A woman I work with also wants to be in on it!! I have been researching on the net but I don't have time to get these books before tomorrow...What to do? I hate to put it off because it'll be sooooooo much more motivational to do it at the same time as some of you guys..I'll need someone to talk with me through the first couple of days...AHH! |
