I will definitely drink Smooth Move every AM and PM and try to drink at least 8 mixtures of the brew every day. :D I'm so excited; I can't wait to start! |
Okay, I guess it is my turn to start again. I will be on the wagon on Thursday. That will give me the weekend to rest during the "weak" days. I did this a couple of weeks ago (but only for 2 days). I tried EVERYTHING to get the SWF down, but no luck - I just gagged the whole time. I did, however LOVE the drinks. They are yummy to my tummy and very soothing. I was very worried about the cayenne pepper b/c I DO NOT like anything spicy, but just a little pinch and it really makes the drink better. I did do the smooth move - it did not taste that bad. Anyway, count me in :) I HAVE GOT TO DO SOMETHING. I am 5ft and not ready to tell my weight. I weighed 107lbs when I got pregnant with my little girl 5yrs ago, gained a WHOPPING 62lbs during pregnancy and lost back down to 112lbs within 8mos. I have kept my weight about there between 112 - 116 since then until last March...I got pregnant with twins and gained 14lbs in 2 weeks. I had a miscarriage at 8 1/2 weeks, but have had trouble ever since then getting the weight off. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO this is my chance and I am definitely looking for you all for support as well as my giving it. Thanks again to all for opening me up to this cleanse again. Courtney |
The SWF is gross - the drinking it part - once I put the cup down and was finished swallowing, then it was ok - my mouth just tasted a little salty. Definately be at home for a good hour. The urge to 'go' is intense and immediate. I went 5x - Troy 1x. It doesn't always work the first time, is what I read. We are forcing ourselves to do it once more before this is over, just to flush out anything remaining. |
BTW, I just wanted to tell you all that when I went to the health food store the girl there sold me come capsules of the cayenne pepper. She said it would do the same, but would not be spicy. I questioned myself before I took them and called the 1-800 number The Master Cleanse. I spoke with the guy himself and he said NO do not take the capsules. Your body does not need to go through having to breakdown and digest foods but it would have to do that if you took the capsules from the gelatin. So just to let you all know make sure not to take them - even if someone tells you it is okay. Courtney |

I read about this cleanse a while back but I could never bring myself to do it. The not eating is no problem, it's the flush. If it would require a cork or Depends....... or I have to fear a sneeze attack  just to leave the house it's not for me. And I don't want to have to evacuate everyone from the house from the smell :D Happy losing ladies!! ;) |
From Kathryn advice, I bought the Celetic Light Grey Sea Salt |

Kathryn said it tastes better, and I do agree. After you read about the Celetic Sea Salt - it seems to have tons of more vital minerals. ;) |
I have a question. On page 20 of the booklet (The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs), there is a section entitled, "How Much Does One Drink?" and I'm sort of confused. In the first paragraph, it says take from 6 to 12 glasses of the "lemonade" a day. Then the last paragraph says, "About 6 glasses of lemonade a day is enough for those wishing to reduce." By reduce, I assume he means LOSE WEIGHT (which is what I want). So then should I only drink 6 glasses of the lemonade a day? PS - In addition to the lemonade, you can drink as much water as you like. Kat, where are you??!! :D :D You lost a lot of weight doing this!! How many glasses of lemonade did you drink each day?? |
