The Master Cleanse -- Who is doing it?
 
I know for sure Kat (Kathryn_V) and I are going to do the Master Cleanse. We're going to start in about 2 weeks (that should give everyone enough time to go out and purchase the books and supplies -- but if you need more time let us know).

Who else is joining us?

C'mon, the more the merrier! We can support each other! :D :D

And what a great way to start the new year!! Let's kick off 2007!! :p

Water (Duh! :D)
Fresh Lemons or Limes
Cayenne Pepper
Grade B Maple Syrup
Smooth Move Lax Tea

Boy it sounds like Jen is PUMPED! But thats Jen! When have we ever known her to be less than full on with anything she does???

I have to wait two weeks??? oh, ok! lol

We need a date!

Who else is on board? California froze out and the price of Citrus is about to skyrocket! Yikes:eek: Every lemon for miles is frozen! lol

Oh I have been thinking of doing one of these before I try to get pregnant - I dunno just to cleanse my system for something I am THINKING of taking on. :p

Plus I will be getting back from Vegas than so I am sure my body can use a good cleansing.

Okay - what about directions...what do I do with all that stuff after I get it - ha, ha! :rolleyes:

Count me in. Been wanting to lose weight anyway, and this would be a good start. I just hope going potty won't burn the bum after drinking something with Cayenne:eek: pepper in it.

Ok where do you get the salt for the flush, do you have to order that online? I'm in, but that will make it a tough birthday ~ I 'll be just half way done when my bday hits on the 5th, but maybe by then I'll be at the stage to not care about food:rolleyes:

I bought sea salt at Walgreens and then saw it at the Nature foods store when I went to get my Syrup.
Oh..it surely could make it a little tough for your birthday...Do you have set plans yet?

No set plans as of yet!! I guess I could always celebrate with my daughter on her bday Valentines day:D

You should be able to find Smooth Move at your local health food store. But if you can't or find it's a little expensive, you can order it here for only $3.35 a box (and if you order 5 boxes [which I highly suggest because you're going to be using this tea daily], they are only $3.11 each -- so your total would be $15.55, plus shipping):

Yes!! Plain peppermint tea!! If I read that part correctly in the book, you cannot put milk (that includes soy milk) or sweet n low/sugar in your tea. You have to drink it plain (just hot water) and that's going to be hard for me because I HATE HATE HATE plain tea! I always put a little bit of milk and 1/2 a packet of sweet n low in my tea. But I'll have to just suck it up and drink it plain! :p

I'm so excited ... my hubby is going to do the cleanse with me!! He doesn't need to lose any weight but he's going to do it to support me! YAY!! :D He's such a sweetie. :p

The cleanse can be done randomly throughout the year. The cleanse removes and eliminates all the waste in your body. I highly recommend you buy the book (it's very inexpensive) and it explains EVERYTHING in detail.

I'm in, but I don't know if I can do it by 2 weeks because I haven't gotten paid yet but as soon as I do I will order everything. I already have the book. As soon as everyone starts we should all do like a little journal and write everyday about how we feel and support one another. Wow I didn't know it was NO FOOD! lol but it's ok can do it!!!!!!!
