Kristy could easily have been forgiven by just accepting responsibility for her actions. An apology with the truth. A simple, "I'm sorry, but I don't have the money to pay you back right now but I will have it on this day..." AND following through with it...Would have worked so well. Unfortunately she has lost everybody's trust now. |
