| ![]() Approximately how many calories do you guys consume in a day? Hopefully not too little...you don't want your body going into starvation mode!

Jodi, I am so sorry to hear you are sick! Hope you feel better really soon. Hey would it hurt for me to stay in the induction phase for one more week? My two weeks is up tomorrow but I am comfy here at 20 carbs a day...I have lost 1/3 of my goal weight!!! ![]()

| ![]() If anybody wants that broccoli soup recipe here it is: Broccoli Cheese Soup 2 lb. bag frozen Cut Brocolli 3 green onions chopped - green tops only 1/2 stick butter 2 cans Chicken Broth 16 oz. carton Whipping Cream 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese - cubed Sautee Brocolli and green onion tops in the butter until brocolli is thawed. Add chicken broth and simmer for about 10 minutes or until brocolli is tender. Add Whipping Cream and heat, stirring often til hot. Add cheese and stir til melted. Enjoy! All of the ingredients are low carb, so it is pretty good for this diet!

| ![]() Yipee Skippee...c'mon girls...you can do this!!! And Glad, I promise to eat better when I lose all my weight...LOL...she is worried about all the fat I am eating...crazy how this diet works...you eat fat, but you lose fat! When I am to my goal, which is 15 more pounds, I plan to still try to stay fairly low carb, but also watch fats...this is very do-able. Plus, I have seen some pretty good body changes so far...number one, my knees no longer hurt!!! I am ecstatic about that one!

| ![]() I haven't been in 'here' for a while and just wanted to stop in to say...I'm moving on to phase 2 of my weight loss plan. I bought the new WW book, with the point system included, last night. My husband would never do Atkins with me...too restrictive for him...but the WW plan has so much more freedom that I'm sure he'll do this one. So, since I need to buy groceries anyway, I'm off to the store later today to fill the pantry with goodies! I don't have much more to lose and I'm sure I can accomplish my goal by spring. Good luck everyone and keep up the good work! |

| ![]() I want to lose 3 stone in total. There is plan to follow to come off it and introduce carbs back into your body and be able to keep it off - plus alot of hard work at the gym.
