Do you like fish? I usually have flounder or Alaskan white baked with parsley,lemon juice, onions, salt and pepper to taste and a tad of butter. Wrap it in foil and bake.........serve it with steamed veggies ![]()

| ![]() I will have the usual eggs, I'm sick of chicken already. I ate a whole bag of pork rinds in the last two days.I'm sure I won't lose any doing that anymore. I have done this diet before and has lost alot faster. I don't know what I am doing wrong. ![]() |

It could be diet stress hon. I know that when you are stressed out.......your body will tend to hold on to the weight and not let go ![]() What I do, is plan my meals for the week. I pre-cook batches of food and stick them in the fridge/freezer......kinda like a grab-n-go thing. ![]()
