I'm not currently dieting but I find that it's SO much easier to stick with a diet or eat healthy (whatever it is you're doing) when meals are planned in advance. Sometimes when I'm tired and I just don't feel like cooking, It's easy to just grab something quick, which is usually something that is not healthy or part of your diet. Good for you for being so organized
