If this make-up works on me I'm assuming it will be worth it's weight in GOLD.

I usually wear NO MAKE_UP except mascara nowadays because my skin is a MESS..ONLY do i bravely try for specail occasions.
My skin is dry and oily and I break out if you say BOO. Its very lined with small crackly lines because all the years of sun worship. if I use ANYTHING it either slides off or cracks up on my face witgin 15 minutes. I also have BIG ARSE pores which add to the drama and big dark circles under my eyes.
Estee lauder make-up wll look pretty good for about a minutes but doesn't last or cover the circles

Maybe you could consider going to see a dermatologist. I swear I would have acne all over my face and acne scars if it weren't for my dermatologist. You would be surprised....they have SOOO many creams, and gels, and such that you can use to help your face look better and make your pores smaller and prevent breakouts. I use Retin-A from my dermatologist for acne, but Villette uses the same product for wrinkles. Maybe you should consider something like that....something that helps prevent breakouts but also corrects wrinkles. All hope is not lost. I swear a trip to the dermatologist will make all your woes and worries go away. Makeup will help, but it won't CORRECT the problem. Go see a doctor, get the problem corrected, and then use the makeup to make you look even MORE beautiful!!!!!

I did the Rtein A but it was a no go. I do use.. oh crap i forget the name now but i use it regularly and my acne REALLY cleared up i posted about it a few months ago. I do get those stray ones now and again but REALLY break out if I leave make-up on.

Why didn't you like the Retin-A? I will admit, it takes some getting used to, but once you get through the first 6 weeks, it's smooth sailing from there. Once I read about all the benefits, not only for acne but also for wrinkles, that Retin-A provides, I stuck it out and now I LOVE LOVE LOVE the stuff.

If Retin-A really is just too strong, try Differin Gel. It works in the same way that Retin-A does, but it is not as strong and easier for people with really really sensitive skin to use.

Girl I have the retin-A GEL .1% solution (not the weaker .05%) and I'm not kidding - it's so strong I only use it every other night - it really helped my face cause I was getting some fine lines ....(I've been in the sun my whole life) ....and they are GONE. I've been really lucky with wrinkles compared to some friends I have that are my age but I swear by the Retin A too - in less than a month I noticed a big difference and it was like I went to the spa it looks that good now. Too bad it doesn't do eye lifts or stuff like that cause I'd be ALL set lol -

the other thing for pores is something someone swore by & posted about months ago - called P-50 lotion....it's a toner that totally changes your skin texture -

I can only use the Retin-A every other night, too. Or I do a couple nights on, a couple off. I can't use it every night.

I go to the beauty boards on the qvc.com website and their is some beauty savvy women there.
They turned me onto several great products. I have to share this one and I think I might have before.
It is made by monistat and is actually a chafing creme.(clear) And it works like magic for a makeup primer.It makes pores less noticeable makeup glides on and your face feels like silk!!! Try it you will not be dissapointed and it is alot less than most makeup primers. Also one of the girls on the other board called monistat to confirm that it is indeed safe to use on the face. It is normally used under the arms , between the thighs, places that rub other places. here is the link.
