|  My mother doesn't have them, but I got them when I was pregnant and I used to rub olive oil (the real stuff) all over......AND I STILL GOT THEM!!!! I have them on my upper thighs (some on outer, some inner thigh), low on my belly and on my breasts! Oh, I also got a few "skin tabs" too when I was pregnant! I don't think anything helped w/ me! I was little bitty and gained like almost 60 pounds!!!! Katelyn only weighed 7lbs and I lost all my weight not long after......STILL........YUCK!!!

| I think they are genetic as well. My mom had them & I got them too.  I rubbed gallons (seemed like it! lol!) of lotion & oils all over me everyday & that didn't help me at all! I didn't get any till I was almost 8 months along though so I thought it was helping! lol! So glad they are starting to fade though...

| I also think there genetic...My mom is 50yrs old had 5 girls and i have yet to seen any stretch mark on her...I have 2 kids and have never used any cocoa butter or any other stuff when i was pregnant and did not get any stretch mark...
