I think they are genetic as well. My mom had them & I got them too.
I rubbed gallons (seemed like it! lol!) of lotion & oils all over me everyday & that didn't help me at all! I didn't get any till I was almost 8 months along though so I thought it was helping! lol!
So glad they are starting to fade though...
