OK, I have been reading this post and I am APPALLED!!! I have no comment directly towards this person...
I will VOUCH for anyone here, I would NEVER do business with someone if I even heard of ONE person who was treated unfairly....
...... As ya'll know, I did LOTS of research, in and out of YT before getting my pup and simply wouldnt do business with someone like that...

Honestly all this lawsuit talk has kind of scared of me....until a few minutes ago when I got off the phone with my lawyer. She informed me how difficult it is to sue somebody for slander. She told me not to worry. I don't know what Jeff's facility looks like now. I bought the dog three years ago. He may have cleaned it up I don't know. I just stated my opinion on the guy and my experience. I certainly don't want any trouble, but at the same time I feel cheated. Just so everbody knows, I am retaining the BEST lawyer in Dallas if this guy is serious.

You have nothing to worry about. Not only is it difficult to sue someone for slander, it's especially difficult when you have the internet and people from different states and countries that he wants to sue. He's been threatening V and seasoned members for like 3-4 years. He's just mad because he knows we're all right

I talked to the Fannin County Sheriff's Dept. this morning about what you people are doing to my name and business reputation. I will be getting all the contact information on the posters that have slandered me and It will be turned over to the law firm we have on retainer. He did send some pictures of his kennels and himself and it does look pretty clean and he does have teeth , but why the cages?? Thats the sad part...

Let me start off my saying I told things exactly how I remember them. Now, I can GUARANTEE you I have 100 times the money and legal team as him. He can go ahead and "hunt down" my information. Once he sees who I am and who my lawfirm is, I think he may keep his mouth shut. He really does not know what he just got himself into. I don't want alot of trouble, I believe the best lawsuit is no lawsuit. With that said, BRING IT ON! I am not scared and I sure don't like to be threatened. Jeff, it will be a pleasure doing business with you this time around.

I am sure your high powered legal team has let you know that to prove, slander, defamation, libel like you are claiming you need to prove quite a few things:

(3) Some sorts of statements are subject to qualified privileges...Such as statements made in the interest of protecting the public etc, and made in good faith--> EVERYONE HERE IS ONLY TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE SELECT APPROPRIATE/RESPONSIBLE BREEDERS AND ALL STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE IN GOOD FAITH.
(4) Oh and you have this messy little bit about actually having to prove damages, I AM GUESSING MOST OF US HERE AT THE YT COMMUNITY WOULD ATTEST TO THE FACT WE WOULD HAVE NEVER CONSIDERED DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE and hence no damage to your rather unfortunate business has been done.

First sign someone may be unethical in their practices is rather than actually disproving things, they result to bullying. Oh and FYI many people here at YT can afford their own lawyers, are lawyers, or realize how incredibly hollow your threats are and that you sadly will continue selling hundreds of puppies to people who have not had the good fortune to be pointed in the direction of reputable breeders!
