People need to keep quiet if they want to go after someone and try to shut them down. Im sure each "so called loving breeder" has spies checking all the forums out here and when they get the heads up that someone is coming to check them out they clean up the place for that inspection. I just read someone (maybe here?) that some place was raided and this person got a heads up and moved and hid alot of their dogs.

IF someone buys a dog from YOU and that dog is sick - they have every right to talk about it - just as we have every right to POST OUR OPINIONS. YT is a place to talk about these kinds of things & you can't stop people from having opinions.

I've been hearing nothing but bad things about you for over THREE YEARS - there IS a reason for that - it's YOU. .and if anything you have a WORSE Reputation now if that's possible ....

you should be ashamed of yourself & that DOG FACTORY of yours. The people that I've talked to who have MET you had nothing good to say - all but for ONE person. That's a pretty bad track record don't you think ???

You don't love dogs or you would never breed or buy those poor super tiny (sick) looking little puppies - the people who's puppies came to them sick are the ones you need to be talking to - maybe help with some vet bills or even better - STICK with healthy standard puppies and stop trying to get rich off them.

I'm sorry I have heard and seen what he has but V you crack me up girl..... And I wish he would threaten me because in the good of state of TN I could get him....& I have more money than him, so I just hope he says something to me....I will slap a law suit on him so fast the remainder of his teeth would fall out.....

WOW! I just went to his site and saw the "kennel" ! I must say I am shocked. Yes, they are clean but IN MY OPINION what he is doing is wrong on so many levels! When I see WITH MY OWN EYES.... (BECAUSE HE POSTED PICTURES) how those poor dogs are caged it makes me sick !. I cannot imagine my own dog living like that! Diesel and Keira are sitting here sound asleep. Diesel is laying on the pillow with a blanket curled up around him and Keira is sleeping on a heating pad on our bed. Yeah, I saw ONE heating pad in his pics. Doesn't really mean anything tho. Just means that it is in the picture. How sad !

Seriously... $10,000 for a puppy? I'd say someone is in it for the money not the well being of the pups. I just went to his website and saw his kennels. He's raising those dogs like they're chickens or something. It may be clean, but IMO it's a PUPPYMILL. As far as I'm concerned he can take his so called lawsuit and SHOVE IT.

I am sure your high powered legal team has let you know that to prove, slander, defamation, libel like you are claiming you need to prove quite a few things:
(1) what was said was more than an opinion: So I will say now that IT IS MY OPINION you are not a reputable breeder. I am not in anyway prohibited by law from sharing MY OPINION with others.
(2) Statement must actually be false: the burden on you is to prove that by a preponderance of the evidence, what that means is if enough of those people who allege to have purchased dogs in ill health etc, from you have proof of this they may be able to out weigh a few pictures of clean facilities, by the way cleanliness is not the only indication of commercial mill type breeding which is what most people here have spoken of.
(3) Some sorts of statements are subject to qualified privileges...Such as statements made in the interest of protecting the public etc, and made in good faith--> EVERYONE HERE IS ONLY TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE SELECT APPROPRIATE/RESPONSIBLE BREEDERS AND ALL STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE IN GOOD FAITH.
(4) Oh and you have this messy little bit about actually having to prove damages, I AM GUESSING MOST OF US HERE AT THE YT COMMUNITY WOULD ATTEST TO THE FACT WE WOULD HAVE NEVER CONSIDERED DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE and hence no damage to your rather unfortunate business has been done.

First sign someone may be unethical in their practices is rather than actually disproving things, they result to bullying. Oh and FYI many people here at YT can afford their own lawyers, are lawyers, or realize how incredibly hollow your threats are and that you sadly will continue selling hundreds of puppies to people who have not had the good fortune to be pointed in the direction of reputable breeders!

That's what I was thinking. Awfully naive of him to think that he's the ONLY one with the money or the passion to take this on and see it through to satisfaction. He's going to take on the wrong person someday, and then his little empire really WILL come tumbling down.

You're right - he WOULD have to take on hundreds of people - there are so many posts about him it would take a week to find them all. He can't zero in on just a few - especially when most people are just responding to things others have posted....
