I talked to the Fannin County Sheriff's Dept. this morning about what you people are doing to my name and business reputation. I will be getting all the contact information on the posters that have slandered me and It will be turned over to the law firm we have on retainer. Please make it clear to all the others on that site, I have the money and legal team to stop these posters once I have their contact information,,,, and I am in the process of hunting that information down today.

JDL, Luvmybabies, Chestersmom, JiggityJig, vainchick5 and red98vett are at the top of that list right now. We will also be seeking monetary damages from these posters and are requesting Yorkie Talk seal the web posts these people have written





He did send some pictures of his kennels and himself and it does look pretty clean and he does have teeth , but why the cages?? Thats the sad part...

I remember a long time ago someone was talking bad about him - (NOT HERE)...but I WAS there to see it - so this isn't opinion - just something I witnessed.

he came ON the site under his own name and said everyones Yorkies were ugly and if they had bought a dog from him they wouldn't have such ugly dogs - NICE Huh ? I don't remember the exact words...but he said everyones yorkies looked like rats etc - - it was pretty ugly. I'm sure those old posts by him can be found but I sure wouldn't waste my time looking -

That was my first time actually seeing him in action ...the TROLL Spray was flying that day

W/ all the dogs he has, he probably gets confused as to what the standard yorkie is supposed to look like. Ooh should I not say that, is he going to get me for SLANDER?

Thats funny that he would say that because I think the pups he sells look very ugly. Even the 10,000 ones. Their faces ae not cute at all and I have been on his site many times.

hELLLLLOoo! That's what I don't get! Whether you're getting your car worked on, or getting your house painted, or hiring a lawyer, or choosing a new Dr., vet, WHATEVER it may be....

....what's the first thing most people do?! ASK AROUND!!! "Have you been to this guy? Did you like your cable service? Is the meat fresh at that grocery store?" WHATEVER!!!!

And people are always very happy to give their opinions and experiences. You might agree with them, you might disagree with them, but you take what you hear and weigh it when making major decisions like, oh, I don't know, WHO TO BUY A $10,000 DOG FROM!

It happens everyday, everywhere, in every profession and walk of life. It's a GOOD thing, not a bad thing, to have the freedom of speech to share what you've heard about the services people are offering and charging for. The community is only served by this common-sense practice!!!

So who would OBJECT to such a basic give-and-take of information?! Someone with something to HIDE and something to LOSE, that's who.

He's just making himself look more and more guilty with all this "suing" talk.

Funny how you are a new member..hmm..I would suggest you do a search on his name to find out what dispicable things he does to run his business. I have never had any run ins with him or his disgusting business myself, and thankfully never will. But I do know of many people, not only on the internet but personal friends who have met him, been at his place and seen his sickly looking dogs. He runs a puppy mill with 22 adult dogs and over 40 different puppies. He uses his dogs as cash cows, and doesn't cae that they are sick. He sells people sick dogs, and he knows it. The owners shell out money, the puppy dies, and he couldn't give a crap. I would suggest you do your research before you come here to defend him. As I'm sure you know him personally given the coincidence of you signing on as a new member now, I would recommend that he run his business in an honest manner. Otherwise he will continue to have people bad mouth him. So that when new buyers google his name, everyone will know what they are getting into.

I've seen his website many times - it's tacky ...but that isn't why people feel as strongly as they do - it's because too many people POST that they've actually bought a puppy from him and had problems.

Those people are the reason he has a bad rep ...and word travels on the net about breeders/brokers like that.

We can talk about websites all we want - his IS tacky - but I would think you could have a tacky website and still have ethics - but selling as many puppies as he sells, for the prices he charges, totally eliminates that possibility.

Not to mention the posts from people who bought a sick puppy getting no help from him at all - from what I've read.....once he gets the cash - they're on their own. This has been said numerous times on this site by people who BOUGHT a dog from www.Yorkiepups.com

The breeders who really love the breed are always there for the puppies they sell ...even AFTER the Sale.

Since he's jonesin for me already - I'll answer this too - go search the site - plenty of people have been there and talked about it - be prepared to sit there for a long time -

I've personally seen over 3 years of posts about him - and before you say anything - they all are NOT started by people just discussing him - many are from people who bought a puppy there - & many discussing the 10 thousand dollar dogs - I mean - comon.....there are always fools in the world - but his dogs are NOT quality yorkies - he is just plain and simple - a Salesman. The tiny sizes of the yorkies he breeds and sells is just plain greed. Yorkies are not meant to weight 2-4 lbs and be BRED.

You could say he's famous on dog forums - not just this one - he really should like the attention - who knows - it may be helping his sales ???

I somehow doubt it's boosting it's sales since he felt the need to sign on as Yorkieluvz. The issue was dead and he wanted to resurface it. Not smart, but then again what can we expect. By the way V, I think he might be jonesing for you after all
