Did anyone else get an email from Jeff Dane
 

I just got an email sent to my regular email from Jeff Dane talking about the slanderous about him here on YT. Here is the e-mail....:eek: :eek:






If you believe those lying posters on that Yorkie Talk board, that is very sad. We have had the USDA, AKC, the Fannin Sheriff's Dept. and the SPCA inspect us over the last 20 years, each time we have had not one problem. You may want to pass this on to the other slanderous posters. We are watching the Yorkie Talk site now and I will sue for slander if these lies continue, I have done so before. We have the best dog kennel operation money can build, Our vet is on call 24/7, we have three 5 ton heat and A/C units in our operation. and yes I have all my teeth as you can see from the attached photo of me and my grand baby,,,,, that is so funny a poster would write that just to get attention.

You can tell Luvmybabies, Chestersmom, and red98vett who I have warned once before about her postings that they are all very close to a slander law suit. I have the money and resources to follow this though the courts, the big question is can they back up their lies? I have thousands of happy customers who say they can't. There is a reason I don't have one complaint with the BBB here is Texas.

Wow Villette really needs to see this. You cant be sued if it is true. I knew his followers were on here at times but I didnt know he was. I wonder what his usser name is

OMG.:eek: :eek: .I received that same email. He doesn't realize that we don't have to agree with what he's doing. I'm glad to see the place is clean, but IMO he has too many puppies to give enough lvoe and nuturing they need from birth. Yorkies are very sensitive, they are like little people. I appreciate the fact he has all of his teeth and keeps a clean environment but I still dont' agree with what he is doing. Again, this is a free country my personal opinion!

If he sues someone for slander, HE is the one who has the burden of proof. That means that HE is the one that must prove that what you are saying is a LIE. It doesn't matter what OTHER customers experienced. What other customers experienced is irrelevant to what YOU experienced. As long as what you are saying is true and it is what YOU experienced, then it is not slander.

Yea but i think someone saying he didnt have teeth when he does was taking it a little too far oh and the picture i have seen of him he has teeth

But, I'm not a popular poster :confused: Maybe he randomly picked people in the thread about him, I know I posted something there....

I am sure he would NOT have a problem finding someone to represent him. Money talks. He is charging $10,000 for puppies. I am sure that would cover lawyer bills.
