If someone sees over and over that he sells lemons....jacks up the prices & ditches you when the car breaks down the 1st week - ...and someone still decides to buy a car from him - that's their choice. The net is a great tool - but not everyone does their research.
I were buying a Used Car... I'd learn all I could about it first....Personally - I would much rather have a car that runs, is priced right... WITH a dealer stands by his contract ....
I read what people say that have been there or actually bought a dog from him - then comment - but that is not slander or libel - it's opinion. |
hELLLLLOoo! That's what I don't get! Whether you're getting your car worked on, or getting your house painted, or hiring a lawyer, or choosing a new Dr., vet, WHATEVER it may be....
....what's the first thing most people do?! ASK AROUND!!! "Have you been to this guy? Did you like your cable service? Is the meat fresh at that grocery store?" WHATEVER!!!!
And people are always very happy to give their opinions and experiences. You might agree with them, you might disagree with them, but you take what you hear and weigh it when making major decisions like, oh, I don't know, WHO TO BUY A $10,000 DOG FROM!
It happens everyday, everywhere, in every profession and walk of life. It's a GOOD thing, not a bad thing, to have the freedom of speech to share what you've heard about the services people are offering and charging for. The community is only served by this common-sense practice!!!
So who would OBJECT to such a basic give-and-take of information?! Someone with something to HIDE and something to LOSE, that's who.
He's just making himself look more and more guilty with all this "suing" talk.
