| I grill mine just like weiners.. I also have taken bratwurst and cut in up and put it with green peppers, onions, red potatoes, mers. dash and butter and i wither put it on the grill in a covered foil pan or cook it slowly in the oven...ITS SOOO GOOD!!!!! |

| I soak them in either beer or vinegar for an hour or so first. (Actually, I cook my hamburgers in a skillet w/ vinegar too....German thing. |

| I boil them for about 20 minutes first so they're cooked all the way through, then to the grill they go until they're crispy brown...top them off with ketsup, mustard, relish, onion and shredded cheese and enjoy! Have you tried the brat burgers? They're pretty darned good too. |

| I found the burgers at Wal-Mart but make sure you get the brat burgers because they have an Italian Sausage burger that's packaged the same way and believe me...they aren't even close to tasting the same! Yes, I made that mistake already |
