Haha , typical German... I put vinigar in my Stew, Splitpea Soup, and god knows what. But back to Bratwurst... nothing better then Nuernberger Bratwurst, they are a little thinner and twice the lengh of normal, hmmm. I buy them near where our famous Kimberly lives in 2 diffrent german Stores, matter of fact took some out of the freezer for tonight, having them with purple cabbage (w. Vinigar of course) and mashed potatoes, allthough german Potato Salad is very good with Bratwurst. And if i dont cook with Beer, you can bet i will have it on the side. Ice Cold of course !
