Bratwurst? YUMMY~ How do you make yours? Any secret recipes?:D |
I grill mine just like weiners.. I also have taken bratwurst and cut in up and put it with green peppers, onions, red potatoes, mers. dash and butter and i wither put it on the grill in a covered foil pan or cook it slowly in the oven...ITS SOOO GOOD!!!!!:D |
thats sound sooooooooo yummy.....im getting hungry now... |
SHHHH!!!!we wont tell my hubby-he could eat them every night. When I ask them what he wants for dinner he all says "BRATWURST"! :) |
I soak them in either beer or vinegar for an hour or so first.:) (Actually, I cook my hamburgers in a skillet w/ vinegar too....German thing. |
I boil them for about 20 minutes first so they're cooked all the way through, then to the grill they go until they're crispy brown...top them off with ketsup, mustard, relish, onion and shredded cheese and enjoy! Have you tried the brat burgers? They're pretty darned good too. |
hmm no not the burgers... hmmmm you guys are giving me ideas...lol |
Boil them with beer and onions first and then grill them. They're the best! |
I love it. Darn! Now, I think I'm going to have to stop at the store. I have no secret recipes though. I like them in a bun for a snack.:D |
I found the burgers at Wal-Mart but make sure you get the brat burgers because they have an Italian Sausage burger that's packaged the same way and believe me...they aren't even close to tasting the same! Yes, I made that mistake already  |
lool... I got the Johnsonville Brats.. looooooooooooove them~ !! |
