| I started exercising about 2months ago. Not over doing it but walking taking a step class and power training. These classes are not that hard and I have made some friends. I tell you I have not lost one pound!! But I have lost inches. My clothes fit so much better and I feel better. I would like to see the numbers on the scale go down but I have one problem. I LOVE to eat! I eat icecream like almost everyday. I guess I should be happy I have not gained weight. Exercise sucks but now aleast I don't have to skip dessert!

If you want to lose more inches (fat), increase cardio, and do lower weights during weight training at higher reps. | |
