| ![]() A pug is great for small children. My daughter did extensive reseach before getting a pet for the kids. However they were older. 16, 14 and 10. The 10 yr old wanted the dog. He wanted a doxie but their back is to fragile for rough play so a pug it was. They are inseperatable. It has been 2 1/2 yrs. Harley just plays, eats and sleeps. Nothing like a nutty Yorkie. They are very affectionate also but very lazy. Not much work at all. ![]() |

| ![]() We got one last weekend for my son and he is in heaven. There is nothing fragile about this five month old 9lb bundle of love. And of course you don't have to worry about the shedding only grooming which can be minimized with a short cut. Good luck in your search. BTW we only paid $200 for buddy, you can usually get the larger yorkies at an excellant price since most (not all) people don't want one over the standard 7 lbs.
