They do!!! They have their own car seats. I won't take Princess in the car without being in her seat. No way, she would be jumping all over the car.
Even Princess clicks it, or stays home!

Haha... looks like we were all posting at the same time. Can you tell we really recommend car seats for our beloved fur babies??!!

I actually got a ticket the other day for no seat belt. I paid it and i still will not wear one. My daughter wear one everytime there in the car and thats because they have too. Seatbelts are good in some cases but very often are the cause of somebodys death. its a 50/50. I have two friends that have died BECAUSE of the seatbelt so NO i wont wear one. I got into a very bad wreck and my head and and neck was snapped bad and the doctor even said that if i would have not been wearing my seatbelt it would not have been so bad. You all can disagree or whatever but I personally think it should be a choice to where one or not. I dont and wont wear one and thats just how it is!

Then why make your daughter wear it?? Doesn't really make sense to me. If you don't think it's safe then you should let her be free without it.

Hey we have too, I was almost hit by a lady in the Petsmart parking lot because she was holding her puppy. It's nuts! There was a girl who was holding her puppy and talking on her phone at the same time she was making a u-turn SO sad!!!!
Princess is safe, if she wants to go, she get's in her seat, if not that's OK, she can stay home with Dad. She's smart too, looks out, see's rain, nope staying with Dad, with the sun out, she's on her way because she knows the top will come down, and the wind will blow her hair. Too funny.

might be funny to you but thats just how it is...I didnt say they were unsafe... I said that Me personally wont wear them and think that we all should have the decision to make it. I do not let my kids sit in the front seat but they have to wear there belt. May seem odd to you and everything but lets just agree to disagree. Im 29 ...shes 7..theres a big difference!!

Did you know, if you are in an accident and not wearing a seatbelt, your insurance will not cover you.
They don’t have to, because they passed the seatbelt law.

My husband refuses to wear one because many years ago his best friend was in a Jeep accident years ago in Mexico and was wearing his seat belt and he died the other guy wasn't wearing one and he lived. I tell him that is one incident and statistics prove you are more likely to survive an accident with a belt on but you can't tell him. He also rides his Harley with no helmet. I wish Illinois would pass the helmet law.

Actually in Kansas.. your insurance will cover you if your in an accident. They did with my dad and he wasnt wearing one. As well here the police cannot pull you over just because your not wearing your seatbelt. So if i get

Well depending on your age- I can understand why some people don't automatically put on their seat belt. I wasn't raised with seat beats and didn't really start wearing them until I had kids who were in car seats. My oldest is 29 and really that is about when seat belts became a big deal. I now of course don't go anywhere w/o mine on. I understand your frustation- to you and me it seems very stupid but... we make choices. I hope your friend realizes you are just looking out for her safety.

I do agree with the helmet thing. and some of you probably are thinking wth..because i agree with that but not the seatbelt.
I have had three cases close to me, me being one of them, that either was worse off or dead after an accident because of a seatbelt..I dont wear one.

One or two cases of people being better off without a seat belt does not mean it's safer NOT to wear one. I think it's just irresponsible I love my life and I choose to live so my seatbelt gets used.

I am a big fan of the seatbelt I have been in an accident and I believe it can save lives. The chance that you will get stuck in car is a lot less that being ejected from it, I will look up some evidence to support that. Call me crazy but I think anything that can restrain you while you are driving 60 MPH (okay in my case maybe more at times) is worth taking 5 seconds to put on JMO. I feel weird without wearing mine.
