| What food is good for an upset stomach? Well Im trying to call my mom and she isnt answering her phone so I thought I would ask ya'll. I ate something bad and was sick all night last night. I still havent had anything to eat yet beacuse Im not hungry and Im afraid if I eat it will make me sick again. But I have no energy and cant do anything so I know I need to eat. What are you supposed to eat when you have been sick to your stomach? (Im kind of a junkfood person so I need help when it comes to eating healthy, lol)

| Stay away from greese or anything too rich. Broil some chicken, no seasonings no oil, and make some plain white rice. Also drink lots of gatorade, to get your electrolytes back. So chicken with white rice and gatorade. That is the easiest on your tummy right now. I was sick too last night but I came to work like the loser that I am But I will try to eat rice and chicken as well. Feel better sweety

| 7-Up and saltine crackers. Sip the 7-Up slowly. When you get to where you can hold it down for a while then slowly nibble on some saltine crackers. I think that the soda or what ever is in them is good for an upset stomach. Once you hold all that down then get some chicken soup or broth. Hope you get to feeling better. Here's a bouquet of flowers to brighten your day!!

| A Bland diet would be key for an upset stomach. bland is a diet of foods that are not irritating. The soft/ bland diet consists of foods that are easily digestible, mildly seasoned and tender. Fried foods, highly seasoned foods and most raw or gas-forming fruits and vegetables are eliminated. Drinks containing Xanthine and alcohol should also be avoided all milk and milk products, plain mild cheeses, cottage cheese, mild flavored vegetable juices, lettuce in small amounts, carrots, mushrooms, green peas, white or sweet potato, spinach cooked or canned fruit without skins, seeds, or tough fibers, avocado and banana white, refined wheat, seedless rye breads, plain white rolls, matzo, english muffin, bagel, pita bread, saltine, graham, or plain crackers cooked, refined cereals like cream of whear, oatmeal, farina, cream of ice. Dry corn and rice cereals such as puffed rice or corn flakes.. just to name a few |
