 What food is good for an upset stomach?
Well Im trying to call my mom and she isnt answering her phone so I thought I would ask ya'll.
I ate something bad and was sick all night last night. I still havent had anything to eat yet beacuse Im not hungry and Im afraid if I eat it will make me sick again. But I have no energy and cant do anything so I know I need to eat. What are you supposed to eat when you have been sick to your stomach?
(Im kind of a junkfood person so I need help when it comes to eating healthy, lol) |
