7-Up and saltine crackers. Sip the 7-Up slowly. When you get to where you can hold it down for a while then slowly nibble on some saltine crackers. I think that the soda or what ever is in them is good for an upset stomach. Once you hold all that down then get some chicken soup or broth. Hope you get to feeling better. Here's a bouquet of flowers to brighten your day!!
