| Ever want to tell them "dont bother" lol..i'll tell ya, what a crappy weekend... started with the whole concert ordeal..which REALLY bummed me out... then the storms during our mothers day dinner yesterday.... and today is my birthday, and I got two.."oh yeah, happy birthday" wishes today. And hubby saying..."isn't it too much work to take the kids out to dinner tonight" im like, whatver, at this point, I dont even want to acknowledge my bday! I'll sit here all afternoon while you guys ride dirtbikes, and fight to get them inside before dark to eat dinner that I had to cook....and while them not undetstanding why Im annoyed! Men, they just dont get it sometimes Sorry ,i just needed to vent!

| Happy Birthday! Just wanted to say "Happy Birthday to you" and hope your day gets better. I would not cook dinner, I'd kick back on the couch, and when they ask you where dinner is say "I thought you were cooking for me tonight since it is MY BIRTHDAY!" Best wishes for a great one.

| OK...here's the plan! Call a friend and take yourself out to a nice lunch and then maybe a manicure and/or pedicure for your birthday! Then order pizza for the guys for supper tonight! Then tell your husband since it is your b'day he is responsible for getting them inside, fed, bathed and put to bed tonight and you are going to soak in a long hot bubble bath with a glass of wine and close the door to your room since it is "too much trouble to take them out to eat"!!! And if your husband is like mine...he will do it, but it may be 3 hrs past bedtime before he gets them there...but so what...it is just one night!! Oh and don't forget to wear earplugs, cause if you are like me about 30 minutes into it while he is doing everything wrong you'll end up giving up and taking care of the boys...but if you wear earplugs you can't hear them! Oh...and I would put a bunch of Happy B'day smilies here...but they are too slow, so just imagine all the colorful balloons here!!

| Happy Birthday dear! Just so you know.... men are wired very differently than us women. I've learned the hard way awhile ago and I am NOT subtle anymore. If you wanna go out... SAY SO...make the reservations and DO IT> Tell your hubby to get the boys ready and GO! That's how I handle my husband now! I never get mad anymore..... if I want something... I get it and he loves me more for it now cause he is not guessing all the time what I want! LOL |

| Awwww, I'm sorry! You need Pick up the phone right now and call hubby. Say, "you know what, it's my birthday, and I want to go out to dinner tonight" Don't let them off the hook! My hubby used to be pretty laid back about my birthday until I started making it a big deal! He'll learn. I now get a party every year. (Just my sisters and their families, but its a lot of fun) Don't take it lying down! I hope your day gets better.
