Pick up the phone right now and call hubby. Say, "you know what, it's my birthday, and I want to go out to dinner tonight" Don't let them off the hook! My hubby used to be pretty laid back about my birthday until I started making it a big deal! He'll learn. I now get a party every year. (Just my sisters and their families, but its a lot of fun) Don't take it lying down! I hope your day gets better.
