I have two major fears. Both unusual I hate band-aids. They make me physicaly gag. I have never worn them. I also hate nose blowing. I have never done this either.

I am extremely chlostrophobic. So much so that I don't even like wearing shoes or bulky necklaces or bathroom stalls or elevators. - Some days I worry I might need medication, lol, but for now I deal with it.

I am also social-phobic in spurts. I am a very social person, but when I feel overwhelmed and out of control, like hanging out with new crowds outside my own home.....

Bet you never would have guessed that about me, huh?

I HATE talking on the Phone!!!! seriously...I freak out when I have to call someone. Even people I've known forever.

One time I called Kim (simonandhallie) and I had to dial her number like 6 times before I actually pressed send.

Cuts! I mean, like when my husband cuts himself and insists on wanting to show it to me! Even TALKING about them skeeves me. The funniest part? I worked in a hospital for 15 years as an x-ray tech.....OR and ER. I would just not look at the injury or surgery site. I also think it's getting worse, I just flip when hubby watches those operating room stories on tv.

I'm afraid of sharks! I don't live any where near the ocean but am totally afraid of sharks! I am also deathly scared of anything around my wrists! Don't like it freaks me out so much I have a panic attack! I also am afraid of snakes and mice/rats.

Where to start, where to start. My phobias include but are not limited to: spiders, centipedes, snakes, and assorted other creepy crawlers; low ceilings, especially those with that crumbly stuff falling down <shiver!>; attics and insulation; crawl spaces; caves; fast food restaurants with low lifes working there who might spit on my cheeseburger; public restrooms; dust mites;...Lord, I'm starting to sound like Monk! That's all I can think of now.

This is such a cool thread!! My biggest fear is drowning/suffocating. I love swimming and such, but I have to be in control ..If someone pushes me in or dunks me just playing around..I freak out and start to cry..

My others are creepy crawling yucky things, those that are close to me dying, I hate being by myself in the apartment, I fear that someone is going to attack me..I dont like driving by myself in the dark on back roads..and tornados/really bad thunderstorms..every time I hear thunder I jump.

One time while my hubby and I were sleeping, I was dreaming about spiders. His ole hairy leg must have brushed against my leg or something because I came up out of that bed, jumping around and screaming "get it off! get it off!!!" Bad thing was, it was a water bed - full float, no baffles! I created a virtual tidal wave! My husband will not let me live that one down!
