I just got married in June of last year! I was a nervous wreck and sick to my stomach all day! I was so worried about my husband all day bc he has panic attacks when there is alot of people around! He did alot better than me! The best man in the wedding got his tux and it was the wrong size (way to big) so we had to send it back, well his tux got lost in the mail and did not get to us until 100 on saturday and my wedding was at 200! I was about to die! Anyways I am so glad that it is over with! Here is a pic of my wedding day!

Good Luck to you and Congrats!

June 3rd!!! That'll be our 1 year anniversary this year! I'm so excited for you! The day went off without a hitch until about 2 minutes before I was about to walk down the aisle I realized that I hadn't given my sister (my MOH) the ring. I thought it was in my bag that her best friend had in the sanctuary so I had her being pulled out of the middle of all of my waiting guests. Finally my wedding planner (yes I had one to think of things just like this!) came around with my bag with the ring and gave it to my sister just as we were all lining up to go in. Oops.

But realy even the little things just have to make you laugh. Take everything that day with a smle on your face and just enjoy ever moment. All of my girls got their hair done at the same place and time and we were having a ball. The stylists kept saying that I was the happiest bride they had seen in a while. So whatever happens just remember that you're marrying the man of your dreams and nothing else matters that day

Make sure you show us pictures once everything settles down.

My story is not that funny, but here it goes: I got married on November 14, 1997. We were living together for almost 8 years. This is my second marriage. I have two kids from my previous marriage (and had no more). We had the limos come to pick us up, my husband had a limo with his family and I had a limo with my family (it was not a big wedding, probably 120 people and we did not have a bridal party). My son was going to walk me down the aisle. My husband limo came first and left. I got into my limo and as we are passing by the highway, I see a limo (it was raining really hard) with a flat tire and a whole bunch of people outside with umbrellas. I told the driver to stop because the people looked familiar and sure enough. It was my husband and his family. It was raining so hard that my limo driver told them to get in to our limo. Well try getting 25 people in a limo. OMG, it was the funniest thing in the world. Now, we get married and as I mentioned before, my husband basically raised my son. Well, now my son starts to cry and tells me that now I am going to love my husband more than him. The kid cried for about an hour. Then he got over it. My son's face is swollen from all the crying in all of our pictures.

As everyone has already said, don't stress anymore than you already are worried about the "what if's". In the end, you will be a happily married couple who might just end up with a few laughs to look back on

My story: My nephew and niece were my ring bearer and flower girl (actually, I told my nephew he was the flower girl escourt cause he would not carry a pillow down the aisle for nothing!). On the night of rehersal, he sat on the back pew of the church and sulked because he didn't want to do it. My sister was all upset but I told her not to worry about it, if he didn't want to do it, don't make him - it was only upsetting him more (my dad had passed away 11 months before my wedding and I was bound and determined that nothing was going to upset me as I was already upset with my dad not being there to walk me down the aisle). Well, my niece, who was three, walked and pranced down that aisle as if she were queen and ruled over all! We went through the rehersal a couple of times and she got prissier and cuter the more she did it! On the big day, when time came for my niece and nephew to walk down the aisle, I just knew my nephew would not go through with it. Well, he surprised us all, grabbed my niece's hand (brother and sister here), and proceded to walk out into the sanctuary. My niece was all smiles, prancing like she owned the place........until........she looked around and saw all those people who weren't in the church the night before. She stopped dead in her tracks, looked around, and proceded to cry...LOUD! My nephew turned around to the back of the church, looked at his dad, pointed his finger at his sister, and threw his hands in the air as if to say "I give up!". My BIL got my niece and told my nephew to go on. He shrugs his shoulders, turns around, and procedes to walk on down the aisle. And all of it was captured on tape. My niece is now 23 years old and got married herself last May. She is my heart and we are extremely close. We laugh about that now and every now and then, we'll pull the video out and watch it.

Congratulations to you and your hubby to be
Suzi

LOL ! Yes it IS funny now and actually was funny then.....We had just recovered from the drive & finished cleaning my new husbands car.....and were just getting into some R&R lol

thanks to our friends...They filled his Hubcaps full of rocks...and on top of the rocks - they threw leaves IN the car...to the ceiling of the back seat - and hung a dead squirrel tail from the rearview mirror....(they did NOT kill it - a car had) That was the LOUDEST long drive ever with those freaking rocks in the hubcaps

We never told anyone til the morning of our wedding.
We posted invites to close family who recieved them the morning of the wedding,so they only had a few hours notice as we got married at 12pm.
On the invite we stated no suits or fancy clothes, come casual please!
After the wedding we went to a local pub for drinks then back to my house where we had a garden party.
Everyone agreed it was the best wedding they'd been to, no fuss just fun

I forgot my something blue at home and all we could find that was blue was a royal blue fuzzy glove that my sister wore for cheerleading when it was cold.... we were in a rush so my mom hiked up my dress and pinned the glove to the inside of my dress... little did I know you could see the outline of the glove, on my thigh, so during the entire ceremony you could see a "hand print" on my thigh!
Next to one of my wedding pic's in my photo album I have the blue fuzzy glove... I laugh every time I see it!!!
Here's a pic of me on my wedding day and yes, that's Mia's dad, the man I'm now divorcing....

Well my minister walked in on me while I was dressing. Also I got my dress from a friend and it was a little too tight and I had another friend alter it for me. It tore during the ceremony but luckily it was in the back and I had a real long veil and it hid it.

Love

A friend (client turned friend) flew me into Monterey, California for two weeks during their wedding and honeymoon.
The point of this is that they got married at the Pasidero (sp?) country club in California and I was there as their Yorkie "Kula"'s handler for the whole ceremony and for the photo shoot. It was FABULOUS! Exquisite doesn't even begin to describe this event. And what a wonderful couple! They now have a handsome baby boy and they even bought Kula's sister and named her Coco.
I WISH YOU THE BEST!

(after my wedding in South Lake Tahoe w/ my husband Justin- howlingmadcoyote@hotmail.com- there was an avalanche that kept us stuck on Echo Summit along w/ hundreds of other people!)

Just laugh it off and enjoy each other!

Smile My FIRST MARRIAGE...

I think the "Man Upstairs" was trying to tell me something... The night before our wedding the CHURCH GOT STRUCK BY LIGHTNING!! We couldn't even come in the front door, we have to enter from the back, lol!!

And did I listen??? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Silly ME!!

My SECOND MARRIAGE:
Dave and I were to be married by a justice of the peace in our living room. It was January. In Vermont. 22 degrees below zero, wind chill factor. Jasper our new yorkie was 6 months old, and at 7 in the morning, Dave finds him with lead solder hanging out of his mouth. So I am driving in the cold trying to find an open vet. Finally 2 hours later (wedding is at 10) I call Dave (from an outside payphone) CRYING, tears freezing on my face... "I don't care if your dog dies, I am getting MARRIED today and I can't find a vet"!! He said, "Bring him home, it will probably all come out in the end". Which it did! But to this day we tell people that's why Jasper was a little "special", LOLOL

Good luck with YOUR wedding, Kelly Lynn!!

I got an ulcer in my eye the day of my wedding!! LOL(well it wasnt funny then)
Towards the end of my reception you can tell my eye(just one of them) was watering like crazy and red. I had to go to Carenow later that evening. I had to wear an eye patch and sunglasses(over my regular glasses!lol) on my honeymoon and the doctor gave me vicadin (sp?) and it made me sick to my stomach a lot. The doctor at carenow didnt really diagnose it as an ulcer, I cant remember what he said it was but he was wrong. But anyways about the 2nd day of my honeymoon I could see a white spot on my eye so I knew what it was becuase I used to get these alot and I had to wait until we got back to get it properly treated. Anyways when I got back I spent alot of time in and out of eye specialist to get it to go away. I think my husband was thinking "what did I get myself in to?"

My wedding itself went very smoothly and was really pretty
