| Evil Glowing Eyes? I've been noticing that many of your pictures taken indoors don't have the "Glowing Eyes" from the flash. It seems like the pictures I take always has the "Glowing Eyes" or the "Angry Slit Eyes" Is my house haunted? Do I have a Evil Camera? Help! What am I doing wrong???? I'm so good at doing bad that I managed to get a picture with BOTH LOOKS!!! Jazzie's "Glowing Eyes" and Jewel's "Angry Slit Eyes".

| I always get the "red eye" but they are fixed before they are saved in my file. That's why I don't have any to show you. I think your camera and house are Okay.

| I read somewhere to turn off your flash or any light that is shining right at their face - light should be coming from overhead or from the side - or take pictures slightly to the side of them or when they are not looking directly at you and the camera (maybe at someone standing behind you with a toy while you are squatted down) and to get down to their level and as close as you can. Hope this helps.

| I have to edit my pictures using photoshop when the "evil eyes" show up. You want to see something really scary? This is my friends chihuahua Trixie. Everytime (no exceptions) I take pictures of her, her eyes glow bright red. I jokingly call her satan-eyes. SHe is quite adorable, and once I edit her pictures, she looks like her gorgous self. See for yourself (the last picture has been edited, and I use it on my website):

| I use Photo Shop ELEMENTS. What would I do in there to correct the yellow/green eyes. The "red eye" doesn't seem to work on that. Any suggestions from anyone? I would LOVE to get good pictures of our Yorkies.

I just manually draw over the eyes with the paintbrush tool, and I also use a little touch of white to put a realistic "twinkle" in the eye. It works well on my yorkies, but it looks a little weird when I do my boxers eyes, but still looks better than the glowing eyes. See the pic I attached. I created those eyes, her actual eyes were growing green.

| Do you have to put a color on the paintbrush? I've never used it before. Can you tell me the exact steps you used? Will it work in ELEMENT?

I've seen SAM a few times before on TV. I didn't know he passed away. He does indeed a great story. Thank you for reminding me.

Im not familiar with element so Im not sure if its th same. But yes I pick up the color from the color pallette that I think is the closet to thier eye color in the picture which is normally a charcoal color. Then I just sort of color in the eye with it. Then I use a tiny dot of white to create a realistic glare or twinkle in their eye.
