| Out Of Stock!!!! I just ordered some items online and i have a payment charge on my online statement with wellsfargo. I received an e-mail from the company a few minuits ago saying "due to the high volume of orders and limited availability, we can not ship this item" The ONE item that they DIDNT SHIP is the ONLY ITEM THAT I NEEDED, all the other things were just added as i went along. The item they say they cant sell me is STILL LISTED ON THE SITE AS AVAILABLE. I sent an e-mail to customer service, because i want my things that i ordered!!!!, i dont care if they have to dig through stock boxes in the back of every store from here to canada. If they try and give me the run around i will tell them that i am NEVER shopping in their store or online with them EVER again, and i will tell everyone that i know not to shop there either. |

| Their e-mail said that they would be charging me only $13 since they couldnt ship one of the items.... but i payed, via debit card... so the amount for BOTH items is allready on my account balance online (about $45)... so i am assuming that they are going to charge my credit card AGAIN for $13 (and if they do then they had better pray that they drop the other charge... or i will be VERY angry, and even if they do.. .it takes a while for the bank to verify it... so it will be in "limbo" (or be frozen) for a WHILE until they can verify, which could take as much as 30 days |

Donating YT 14K Club Member | see if your bank will do a charge back. My bank does them free of charge. You have every reason to be upset! I'd be burning up the phone lines!

| I've actually been through this before not with this company though. I have got my plan of attack all thought out... whether they e-mail me or call me, i will express my shock that they would not keep their website up to date, charge me for items that didnt ship, i will also ask them to rectify the situation by shipping me the sweater that i paid for, (with FREE shipping... since the other item was allready shipped) and if they refuse to do so then i will be asking to speak to their supervisor. I will continue this tactic untill i get to the "head customer service rep" or until i get my way, and if they STILL refuse to do ti my way then i will tell them i will never shop there again, i will tell all my friends never to shop there again, and i will contact teh BBB. Watcha think? |
