I've actually been through this before not with this company though. I have got my plan of attack all thought out... whether they e-mail me or call me, i will express my shock that they would not keep their website up to date, charge me for items that didnt ship, i will also ask them to rectify the situation by shipping me the sweater that i paid for, (with FREE shipping... since the other item was allready shipped) and if they refuse to do so then i will be asking to speak to their supervisor. I will continue this tactic untill i get to the "head customer service rep" or until i get my way, and if they STILL refuse to do ti my way then i will tell them i will never shop there again, i will tell all my friends never to shop there again, and i will contact teh BBB.
