
I just ordered some items online and i have a payment charge on my online statement with wellsfargo. I received an e-mail from the company a few minuits ago saying "due to the high volume of orders and limited availability, we can not ship this item"

The ONE item that they DIDNT SHIP is the ONLY ITEM THAT I NEEDED, all the other things were just added as i went along. The item they say they cant sell me is STILL LISTED ON THE SITE AS AVAILABLE. I sent an e-mail to customer service, because i want my things that i ordered!!!!, i dont care if they have to dig through stock boxes in the back of every store from here to canada. If they try and give me the run around i will tell them that i am NEVER shopping in their store or online with them EVER again, and i will tell everyone that i know not to shop there either.
