| There are millions of wonderful dogs PTS every year in shelters all over this country for no reason other than making room for more dogs to be PTS. It ALL boils down to irresponsible owners and just makes me sick. As I understand the story, the owners said PTS and then a campaign was started to override their decision. Maybe there was a REASON the owners kept the dog chained up outside. I'm not saying that I agree with their actions but he did kill another family pet.

Where I don't agree with you (sorry my friend) is any so called good Pitt Bull can become a killer in a second. I will go further if it was a Yorkie that MAULED a child with intent to kill, it should be put to sleep.
