You're right! We both spent hours and hours and hours. But we would not have done it if we didn't want to! Remember that! There is loads of info there for all of you to use - just read, read, read. I need to get back to taking care of my body and exercising. I've gotten way off base and have not been practicing what I was preaching about the "exercising". We are still going to Gold's but I haven't been walking on the treadmill at home and my hubbie is upset about that. Naturally, he worries about my health. Good luck everyone! |

Good News!!! Kathy aka JKat has volunteered to take over the stats!! :jump28ib: What a woman!! I will be sending you all an email asking if you would like to remain on the stats so that Kathy only has to keep them for the people who are really interested in staying on the chart. Some of you have to be reminded 2 or 3 times to get your weight in, (lol you KNOW who you are!!) and I don't want Kathy to have to go chasing after you like I have! For those of you who's been on this since January, congradulations to you, for you're almost done with the first quarter of the year!! Ladies, please respond! Folks, I was a bit dissapointed in the response I got from y'all as to who wanted to remain on the stats for the club. Kathy is kindly taking it over, and only 4 people responded positively. Now I know there are a lot more of you who may be interested. Kathy now has all the info and I expect she will be in touch soon. But if you want to get a jump on staying on the stats, please PM JKat and let her know. :D Well I just read the post for the first time and know it has been on here for a while, but I am trying to lose weight before my husband come home from Iraq! I want to be the cute little wife I was befroe I had our three kids! He says he doesn't care, but I do! So I just want to be able to tell others about my ups and downs of my diet that I am trying for support! I don't want him to know until he sees me! So I need to be able to tell someone about all of it! I have lost 13lbs. since he left to back to Iraq after R&R! He left Mar 2 so far I think I am doing awesome I just get a little off sometimes! Anyway I figuredsince you guys have this I would join in! |
How's everyone doing in their workout? I know I've been off track for a few days...didn't "feel" like working out. Well, I got on the treadmill again yesterday and today? Even better news! I joined a gym! :D It has one of my favorite sports to play: raquetball. Also, it's one of my clients who offered me a deal that I couldn't refuse! Anyways, I'm happy to report I played with my brother for 40 min! Yes, he joined too! I'm crossing my fingers and hope I'll go everyday (it's a dollar a day!). |
I have to say I'm a little depressed right now. I've been "off" for the past week or so. I haven't excercised in a little while and I had pizza today. I just haven't had the energy for it lately. I just got a new job and my schedule doesn't allow for my previous routine. I'm sort of down. :( |
