Just checking in to see how you are doing today...one day at a time.....I was thinking about you as I ate my veggie wrap-without-the-wrap....these "sins" are soooooo hard to correct, but perserverance and determination will get us there eventually!!! Hang in there!

Ha! I'm so dense. I didn't even think of that. I was just picturing Judy holding carrots and onions and bell pepper slices in her hands and trying not to drop them on the floor

Yup, I'm still vaping LOL

No cig since I started. I won't lie - I tried to smoke a cigarette 3 times and all 3 times I put the cig out after like 2 or 3 puffs. It just tastes nasty to me now. I think it is because the vapor ecig juice I have is such a strong and sweet menthol taste that now menthol cigs (which is what I smoked) don't even taste menthol..making them very icky lol.

I'm actually phasing into phase 2 right now. I am down to my last fill of the original 18mg and just got a bottle of the 11 mg. Yesterday and today, I've been doing like half and half to step down because I heard a couple of the guys got headaches when they stepped down. After I phase down, I will do the 11mg for 2 bottles and then phase down to the last and lowest mg bottles and then...

I quit 27 years ago. We were told at work that we were relocating to a new building and there was to be no smoking on the premises. They started a program at work to quit and I joined and quit. When we got to the new location they were told that smoking was allowed in the bathrooms and I flipped. But, I'm glad I quit. I carried a carton of cigarettes in my car trunk for weeks until finally I gave it away. I used Niccorett gum and chewed it for a LOng time before I was able to go without it. Once I stopped I never again picked up a cigarette. I had smoked many years and I am so thankful that my employer offered a program for us. I was smoking 2 packs a day.. The price of cigarettes now would have taken a chunk out of the budget! Keep up the good work and just think how much better you will feel with clean lungs!
