Yup, I'm still vaping LOL
No cig since I started. I won't lie - I tried to smoke a cigarette 3 times and all 3 times I put the cig out after like 2 or 3 puffs. It just tastes nasty to me now. I think it is because the vapor ecig juice I have is such a strong and sweet menthol taste that now menthol cigs (which is what I smoked) don't even taste menthol..making them very icky lol.
I'm actually phasing into phase 2 right now. I am down to my last fill of the original 18mg and just got a bottle of the 11 mg. Yesterday and today, I've been doing like half and half to step down because I heard a couple of the guys got headaches when they stepped down. After I phase down, I will do the 11mg for 2 bottles and then phase down to the last and lowest mg bottles and then...
