| Wedding ring I think that "off topic" is saying that I can talk about anything I want. So here it is. I can't find my wedding ring. It is starting to go past frustrating and becoming sad. I want my very special ring back. I thought the last time I saw it was in my kitchen. I have a spot in a dish I put it in when I do dishes. I have run out of places to look. Any thoughts? I know that this isn't an interesting post, I'm just desperate. |

| Go under the sink and take the drain apart... if it fell down the drain it may still be in the drain pipe.

| I hate it when I lose something, it will drive me crazy trying to find it. Try imagining the last time you put it down...then try and walk yourself through any place where you may have gone from there, looking carefully in each place in every nook and cranny. They always say...You will find what you lost, in the last place you look |

| I know this is going to be hard advice to take... But just chalk it up to it being gone for good and stop looking.... 9 times of 10 that is when they show up!!! I had a special gold cross my grandmother had made for me and after years of looking my grandfather happen to notice it in a rock patch under where our gutters drained SIX YEARS later!!

| I actually was just thinking about that but if he could even swallow that ring.... Well I don't think it could make its way out. His poops are really small. Smaller than a cat poop. I have been watch for him to start acting sick though. He only poops on our patio so I always see his poop. Good idea. I'll keep watching. Thank you. |

| Or maybe you put it in one of your pants pockets and washed it? I have a few places I have to check when I "misplace" my rings...and I do that often.

| I actually lost a ring last week and I checked my nightstand near my bed, behind it and under it. I checked the little box I put some jewelry in thats sitting on my bathroom countertop, I checked an old jewelry box that is in my spare bedroom even though I haven't gone in it in a LONG time (that I can remember) and finally when I was starting to hyperventilate, I checked the pocket of the winter coat that I wore last year and there it was. My husband nearly gave me a heart attack a few weeks back with my wedding ring. It was on the window sill above the kitchen sink when I did dishes. I went back to get it and it was gone. I calmly turned to him and asked him where he may have moved my ring to and he told me the jewelry box on my bathroom counter. **PHEW** He said he didn't want it to fall into the sink and down the drain. I just wish he had told me he moved it before my heart was frantically racing!

| Just the thought of losing my wedding ring makes me antsy. This is exactly why the first place I go when I get home from work is to my jewelry case. I take off all my jewelry and put it away immediately. I would be the one to take it off at the sink and it either fall in or get thrown away by accident. Good luck! Maybe today (12/12/12) will be your lucky day.

| No ring yet. I need to start keeping it in a better place when I wash dishes. I have a little old butter pat dish that I always use next to the paper fowl role so that is not next to the sink. I really want to find it. Thanks everyone. |
