I know this is going to be hard advice to take... But just chalk it up to it being gone for good and stop looking.... 9 times of 10 that is when they show up!!! I had a special gold cross my grandmother had made for me and after years of looking my grandfather happen to notice it in a rock patch under where our gutters drained SIX YEARS later!!
