| Progressive - does anyone have that little thing (don't know what they call it) that you plug into your car so they can spy on your driving I am very uncomfortable with that (esp. since I more recently had a yorkie emergency and had to rush my dog to the vet. I totally sped. The vet is not close and I thought my baby was choking). I can see my insurance rate quadrupling over something like that. Yikes!

| We have progressive and have for about 4 or 5 years. They cover pets and their roadside assistance is great. One time I got a flat tire and they came to my house to tow my car to the dealer. I've had only good experience w/ them and their customer service.

| Donating YT 500 Club Member | Thanks for all the input everyone! I decided to stay with AllState... Mostly because I personally have zero medical insurance. I needed a plan that I could at least cover myself to the Maximum if possible. Progressive highest limit for medical is 10,000. And, I am sure If something awful was to happen that would rack up really quickly. AllState let me do 100,000 so I decided to stay with them. Yes, they are slightly more in price but for me and my current situation I need to be somewhat covered if the unexpected happened.

| Our Blessings R Many Donating Member | We found out three years ago when we got rear ended at a stop, what our insurance was like. Was not happy at all with them, due to the fact that living in the area we are, our home insurance isn't available through other company's so we more or less had no choice but to stay with All State, I was very dissapointed in how they handled that accident. We had never had a claim before, so my feeling is we really don't know what we have till we have to use it. Hard way to find out. When we make a move from here, we will definately be changing to a different insurance company. Last edited by Baby Blessing; 02-21-2012 at 10:04 PM. |

| I've always had Progressive and I love them. I've only had to file a couple of claims and they were great. I worked for State Farm for a couple of years so I can definitely advise you not to go with them, lol. Horrible company. |
