Thanks for all the input everyone! I decided to stay with AllState... Mostly because I personally have zero medical insurance. I needed a plan that I could at least cover myself to the Maximum if possible.
Progressive highest limit for medical is 10,000. And, I am sure If something awful was to happen that would rack up really quickly. AllState let me do 100,000 so I decided to stay with them. Yes, they are slightly more in price but for me and my current situation I need to be somewhat covered if the unexpected happened.
