I am so excited! I get to babysit my Niece on Saturday! She is the cutest little thing- I just love her to death! She is 1 1/2 Here are some pics of her ( This is my older brother's daughter)

Aw Congrats!! So you have other's?

This is my first Niece- I didn't realize how fun it is to be an Aunt. I love that baby so much!! It is an amazing feeling. Plus on DH's side he has 3 nephews and another one on the way- so its nice to have a girl around!!

I'm not sure if we will have kids, We are def not getting any older, but I think for us it will be best if it just happened you know..

I have an 8-year old niece and 2-year old nephew (my sister's) and a 1 year old nephew (my dh's sister) and a new one coming (due Feb. 2nd) that is my sister's as well.

We are on the same page as you... I haven't quite convinced myself or dh that we are sure we want kids. I think I want them eventually, but I'm just having too much fun right now without them

Did you see them a lot? I was never really close to my Aunts- I mean when I was young we were, but not now. I made a promise to myself that I will almost be like her best friend. I want to be involved with her as much as I can be. I love the age she is now- but I can not wait until she is able to talk and take her shopping and do girly things!!

I agree with the kid thing- I think if God wants us to have them, I will! As for right now we have our fur butts and our Niece's and Nephews! It is fun to spoil them!!

We see them as much as possible. I know what you mean, I wasn't close with my aunts but that was because they didn't live nearby. I want to be closer to my nieces and nephews. I take my older niece every year for her birthday to do something really girly. This year we went and got coffee/hot chocolate and doughnuts at Starbucks and then she got to get her hair done and nails painted at a children's salon. She LOVED it. It's a lot of fun when they get older!

I'm hoping to be close to my niece when she gets older so she can tell me everything... I can already tell she's going to be a handful (she's super cute), so I want to be able to help keep her out of trouble as much as I can.

Aw I love the girly day, that sounds like fun!! I can't wait until Lilah gets to that age!! Oh I know I can already tell Lilah is going to be a handful- LOL she already is!! Plus I know my brother is going to be super strict on her, and she will be Daddy's girl for sure- so I'm sure she will be able to get away with anything!!
