| My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | Does anyone have the newer Top loaders? I just got this today Samsung - 4.7 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle High-Efficiency Washer - White - WA5451ANW/XAA and I'm so disappointed! I'm seriously on the 3rd round of washing the same load of pee pads and they still are not clean!!! Do these machines not agitate strong? Mine just slowly swings left to right and then there is not enough water in it to cover the pads????? am I doing somethng wrong?? Is this normal? I got this big of a machine to do bigger loads and now it can't even handle what my old washer was doing that had the agiter in it? |

| I am going to be of no help as I am not familiar with the new top load machines but I wanted to say how sorry I am that this machine doesn't appear to be working properly (or at least not doing the job we would expect). I can just feel your disappointment. I know how disappointed I would feel since it is not like we buy large appliances often & we get so excited to get something new & hopefully better. I hope this issue can be resolved in some way for you. So sorry this has happened to you.

| Donating YT 4000 Club Member | Breny, Did you read the reviews about the machine? Most were pretty good. One person mentioned a similar problem to yours with there not being enough water to cover what she was washing and was told by customer service to change the setting to bedding vs heavy duty. Might be worth a try if you haven't done that already.

| I have the Maytag top loader HE without the agitator. I love it. It has so much room in it I can wash my king size comforter and have plenty of room and it comes out clean without soap being stuck to it.We also have the dryer.

| My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | And you have no troubles with having enough water in normal loads? Do you clothes get fully covered in water and agitate well? |

| The house we moved to last year came with front loading washer and dryer. I really love the lower water bills, etc . . BUT the front loader gets really mildewy very quicly and I'm not sure what to do about it. AND, you can't leave the door open to air it out because you can see water dripping out. When this one goes - I believe I will be looking for a HE top loading washer.

| I still have 11 year old top load washer and dryer that have never had one minute of problems..........yet. I was wanting front loaders, but my friend had them and the washer started leaking. There seems to be pros and cons with both types, but I don't mind taking my blankets, comforters, and doggie beds, to the laundry matt, where they have the really large front loaders, once in awhile, so I think my next set will be the top loaders since my clothes always come out so clean and nice, and so do the quilted potty pads, and I can soak things, and the washer never has any unpleasant odors.
