Did anyone see her former bodyguard (while Caylee was initially missing), Tracy McLaughlin - on CNNHL?

Omg....why wasn't some of this in the trial??? Maybe it wasn't seen as effective, but I think it speaks volumes.

Thats the problem there was alot that wasnt in the trial like the video of her when they told her they found Caylees body thats been said to be very revealing, the fact that Cindy said she was an unfit mother many times, the fact that there was jealousy from Casey because of the attention Cindy gave to Caylee. That was the problem the prosecution didnt make the puzzle pieces fit

I saw on Fox that she is changing her name. Wonder who will pay the most to get the first interview and pictures with her?

It seemed to me that the trial did leave out much of the background that those of us that followed the case from the start knew from watching TV. The prosecution seemed to think everyone out there already knew a lot of the background and didn't seem to me to really establish that in court. To me, they did little to rehabilitate George Anthony after his alleged mistress testified. Still, it all could have gone for naught with this jury. This just seemed like a group of people that were going to have to have absolute proof beyond any doubt.

I agree its hard to say how much evidence would have been needed to convince this jury

CASEY ANTHONY APPEALS LYING CONVICTION.

They admit she lied in opening statements and now appeal her conviction for them! The poor people of Florida get to pony up some more tax dollars for Anthony. Are they trying as hard as they can to make her more disliked than ever?

That's what they are reporting on cable news today. The defense attorney stated flat out she lied to police, the jury convicted her of it and now they are appealing all 4 convictions as I understand.

I saw them show Baez leaving the jail this morning, but later they showed a picture of her new lawyer. Is this for the appeal?

What a Mess, huh? I know she has to go to court over using the "nanny's" name, and slandering it. The real lady with that name, lost her job, friends, etc over all this. Poor lady. And yes, that is what we are being told here too, that Casey is appealing the lying verdict. Can you believe that? She is a piece of crap alright.

The woman or her legal team have no shame. They will play the legal system for all it is worth - as well as what they can get out of the entertainment/news/publishing industry. I wonder how many will boycott advertisers/publishers for any TV or magazine interviews or books upcoming or how many will be just dying to hear/read whatever she says?

I could care less what that (insert nasty name) has to say; and will not spend a penny reading anything that she or her defense team will profit from.

I plan to stay off any channel that runs anything that directly puts money in her hands and plan a heft email campaign against advertisers/TV stations/networks that run the shows as well as print media boycotts.

It should be against the law for jurors to make $ off of their duty. It sickens me. I suppose they should be able to talk to the media regarding their thinking about the case, but not to make money off the back of a murdered child.

HLN was reporting that they are going to allow 3 media reporters in to the jail to watch the release of Casey and after a period of time they deem sufficient they will let the reporters out to report to everyone else what happened. They said they are doing it that way because they don't want the media following every car that leaves and cause accidents. I think the media will still follow any car just to get a scoop.
